our story
Established in 2020 during the global pandemic just when the flying industry faced its biggest challenge, a commercial airline pilot decided to dedicate his love for coffee in creating a space, in the heart of Sharjah, and share his love for specialty coffee.
Toga, an acronym for “take off go around,” will brew the perfect cup of coffee, sourcing exceptional coffees from Ethiopia, Panama, Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, and China, carefully selected from renowned farms celebrated for their quality and unique terroir, then roasted and brewed here in the UAE for you to enjoy.
Our core values are authenticity, sustainability, and knowledge sharing. We aspire to bring communities together, enable coffee farmers and producers, and create a sustainable coffee community.
