Established in 2020 during the global pandemic just when the flying industry faced its biggest challenge, a commercial airline pilot decided to dedicate his love for coffee in creating a space, in the heart of Sharjah, and share his love for authentic high graded coffee.
Toga, an acronym for “take off go around”, will brew the perfect cup of coffee that grew in selected altitudes and climate farms in Panama, Ethiopia, Peru and Kenya, roasted in Australia and brewed here in the UAE for you to enjoy.
Our core values are authenticity, sustainability and knowledge sharing. We aspire to bring communities together, enable coffee farmers, support local and international roasters and create a sustainable coffee community.
